These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and products, including the recurring monthly payment plan and media purchases. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. 1. Recurring Monthly Payments ·        

All customers who opt for our monthly services will be billed on the first day of each month. ·        

Payments include the recurring service fee and any media purchases made within current month. ·        

To cancel the service, customers must provide written notice (via email or SMS) to your Company Designated Company Agent at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.

2. Approval Process for Print and Promotional Products ·        

All purchases of business printing or promotional products must be prepaid using a credit card. At the time of Purchase ·        

After receiving a Sales quote, customers must approve the quote to initiate services and authorize agreed amount to place credit card plus 3% ·        

Charges will be processed immediately upon approval of the quote.

3. Payment Terms ·         Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. ·        

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or account termination.

4. Changes to Pricing and Services ·         We reserve the right to change our pricing and services with a 30-day notification sent to customers.

5. Limitation of Liability ·        

Swain Group Marketing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
